GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION: PBB, Inc. template hinges are manufactured to close tolerances and meet all specifications and requirements set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
CONCEALED MONITOR: Miniature snap action switch is incorporated into frame leaf. Full mortise ball bearing, standard and heavy weight.

- When opened will allow signals to pass through the hinge into the frame in an invisible manner.
- Available in ball bearing type only.
- Means for adjustment of monitoring sensitivity is provided for fine tuning snap action switch
- All hinges are ANSI template.
All electric hinge modifications are to be placed in the center hinge position, any other locations will void warranty. For grout fill frames, install PBB mortar box-Failure to install mortar box voids warranty.
HINGE SWAGING: A standard swaging of our standard weight full mortise hinge when closed to parallel position provides a 1/16” clearance between leaves.
