GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION: PBB, Inc. template hinges are manufactured to close tolerances and meet all specifications and requirements set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

• Steel-Galvanized .040” sheet
• Furnished in 2C finish
• Adjustable from 6” to 7”
• Recommended for use with PBB Electric wire and monitor hinges
• Removable cover plate for servicing
• Serves as mortar shield
• 7/8” knockouts top and bottom for standard conduit fittings for wires to pass through
• Fits hinge reinforcements for 4-1/2” or 5” contract grade hinges
• Unit must be installed in center hinge position
• Can be installed by hollow metal manufacturers or installed on the job before frame is set.
• Made for spot weld application
• Must be adjusted to proper size before spot welding to hinge reinforcing plate
• Any other location will void warranty
• Install according to instructions
